Bests Q3 Haul by Raising $470K in Q4
Queens and Bronx, NY – Today the Cummings for Congress campaign announced that its 4th Quarter FEC fundraising report, filed on January 31st, will show that in 2019, John Cummings raised $900,000 in less less than six months in 2019. Of the total money raised, over $470,000 was raised in the fourth quarter alone.
In the first month of 2020, the campaign has already raised an additional $150,000 which puts the total raised well over $1,000,000 since John officially entered the race.
Former NYPD police officer and current Bronx High School civics teacher John Cummings said, “I am proud to announce that our campaign has raised over $1 million from a nationwide grassroots movement of over 20,000 donors and I am humbled by the overwhelming support of my campaign. Representative Ocasio-Cortez represents everything that’s wrong with our government today and our fight couldn’t be more important. Today’s announcement is proof positive that we have the momentum, the resources, and the overwhelming support we’ll need to defeat AOC this November.”
